About Linking Sustainability

When do you see a future powered by the internet of things, electric vehicles and service based business models arrive? I believe that future is already here in its infancy with a number of industries making use of IoT in conjunction with service models. Every car manufacturer is bringing out its own portfolio of electrified drive trains and with the EU policy to scrap ICE vehicles all together by 2050, the era of petrol and diesel will fade to give way to new economic order.

This future is going to be compelling controlling our very fabric of our lives. However, a lot that needs doing and circular economy and sustainable models of business will be the real key drivers in driving towards that future.

My name is Pankaj Arora with a very simple and clear mission – to help companies and organizations achieve circular economy models by creating compelling content and identifying and recognizing companies that are making circular economy happen. I also work with various academic institutes and individual consultants to harness the power of crowd.

I am a believer in the power of crowd and hence make use of that crowd sourcing knowledge by tapping into and building a network of experts that I can rely on (my go-to people). This not only develops my own thinking but gives an incredible value-add to the people I serve.

In the past I have worked in my own businesses, worked with start-ups in India, worked with the TATA group for almost a decade of which 7 years with Suzuki Motorcycles in Japan. For almost 3 years now, I have been with Jaguar Land Rover in the UK as an external contractor.

I love to write and express things as they are not decked up in corporate/academic speak! But sometimes you have to do what has to be done and hence am also writing a few journal papers along with my colleagues at Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG) to give back what I have learnt.

Get in touch with me through the contact page let’s get to work in making this world more circular and sustainable.
